  • Why following traditional sales approaches like “closing the sale” could actually be costing you clients, and what she recommends you focus on instead
  • A very different way for you to approach your sales conversations that will increase your confidence and ease when speaking to new clients – so that those conversations flow for both of you
  • The 4 key elements that combine to create a genuinely effective and heart-centred sales conversation
  • The importance of “safety” – this is crucial yet never talked about in traditional sales courses
  • Her “7 Steps to Yes!” structure for an authentic sales conversation
  • Key things to do (and avoid doing) to ensure you never unintentionally come across as pushy - this allows you to relax and confidently guide the conversation

You will leave with a shift in the way that you think and feel about selling your services, as well as practical tips and advice that you can implement straight away.
