  • Why getting your business model right is the thing that most supports your wellbeing in business - get this wrong and it's the fast-track to burnout
  • Catherine’s will share her own story of giving up a part of her business that gave her a consistent 6 figure revenue but was a constant struggle to start over with something that gives her so much more joy and ease
  • We’ll discuss some of the different business models available to you, including working 121 and group progremmes – and some of their pros and cons
  • Catherine will share (controversially and contrary to what you might have been led to think) what she believes to be the easiest business model to run of all (and it’s NOT online courses!)
  • We’ll also chat about our difference of opinion when it comes to the hours that we work to support our health. Unlike me Catherine works a LOT – and she’ll share why her business model means she can do that without compromising her health
